How is Diyari different from a spreadsheet and a notebook?
A notebook does not remind you of the Article 10 deadline, does not work out when a notarised warning becomes available to you, and does not print a QR receipt the tenant can check. Diyari is built on Iraqi law — not an empty grid.
Do I need a developer or a design agency for the site?

Does the money pass through you?
